See It In Action
One Harness. Every Kind Of Dog.
Every breed, every size, the same loose leash
Enjoy Walks Without the Pulling!
You brace your arm before you even open the door, and your dog is walking you, not the other way around. It isn't you and it isn't your dog. A back-clip harness gives them something to pull against. This one takes that away.
Front Clip Control That Actually Works...
The secret is where the leash attaches. Clip it to your dog's back and you trigger the opposition reflex, the same instinct that makes a sled dog lean in and pull harder. Clip it at the chest and that reflex has nothing to push against, so every lunge gently turns your dog back toward you instead.
Plenty of harnesses have a front clip. The problem is where the clip ends up. On most, it rides on a thin strap, so the moment your dog lunges the strap sags, the harness rotates, and the clip drifts away from the center of the chest, where it can no longer steer. Ours is a reinforced aluminum ring anchored into the structured chest panel, so the steering point holds its position for the whole walk, and your dog quickly learns that walking beside you is the comfortable option.
Built-in Handle for Instant Control
Grab back control in half a second at the curb. Crosswalks, crowded sidewalks, the neighbor's off-leash terrier: the padded handle on top gives you a secure grip in the moments that matter.
There is also a rear D-ring for relaxed neighborhood walks once your dog has mastered loose-leash manners, and every connection point closes with Duraflex™ buckles, the hardware premium outdoor gear makers trust.
Hidden AirTag Pocket for Ultimate Peace of Mind
The gate-left-open moment, covered. A slipped leash or an open gate is every owner's nightmare, so a discreet zipper pocket under the handle holds an Apple AirTag perfectly.
It stays invisible in daily use, keeps the AirTag secure and protected, and shows you exactly where your dog is through Apple's Find My network the moment you need it (AirTag not included).
Walks You Can Both Look Forward To
Look at that slack leash. No tension, no struggle, just a relaxed dog walking comfortably beside their owner.
Front-clip control, secure hardware and comfortable padding work together, so your dog stays focused on you instead of whatever is happening across the street. Your daily walks finally become what they should be: quality time together, exercise you both need, and a chance to explore without the constant pulling and corrections.

Stop The PullingFrequently Asked Questions
The most common questions asked about using the PawSafe® Wild Berry Large Steady+Style No Pull Harness
Many owners have reported that using no pull front clip harnesses have made a big difference in their ability to control their dog's movement. Chest strap leash attachments disrupt and discourage pulling behavior and brings the focus back to the dog owner.
All current evidence shows no-pull harnesses, such as padded harnesses, to be highly effective and safe during walks. The tension exerted on the shoulders doesn't cause any long-term damage because the pressure applied has been properly distributed.
Your dog is less likely to slip out of a harness than a collar. Wandering away is very dangerous to your dog as you never know when your dog will charge into oncoming traffic. No-pull harnesses not only reduce the risk of injury like choking or damage to the trachea but stop the need for unpleasant and unsafe measures such as e-collars.
We have a full range of sizes available as follows: XS, S, M, L, XL. Please refer to our size chart to confirm the correct size for your dog. From there you can easily adjust the straps according to your dog's body type for a perfect fit.
All dog breeds, ages, and sizes can benefit from using a no-pull harness. If your dog is new to walks, it's the perfect way to start developing good habits. The harness and D-ring design gently steers your dog back to you when they try to pull. For older dogs or bigger dogs, there is an ergonomic handle on top of the harness that gives you full control if they try to pull.
Using a dog harness instead of a dog collar makes it easier to control and manage any dog, even those with leash manners that aren't quite perfect. A harness disperses pressure over a larger area of his body, reducing strain on his neck and back.
That's how we designed it! In the car you want to make sure you use the back leash clip.
To an excited or energetic dog, humans are simply too slow. In these cases, pulling is natural because they are excited to interact with their environment, and humans simply slow the process down. What's more, if a dog pulls once on the leash and gets where they want to be, they quickly establish that this behavior walks.
Often this happens without an owner realizing it. They may stop and talk to a friend, and their dog may pull a little, causing the owner to take an unconscious step after their dog. This reward is enough to make most dogs try another tug. Before long, they may be serial pullers. After all, if it works, why not?
Pulling can even give a dog a sense of achievement if they really put the effort into dragging an owner to where they want to be. They are simply learning that reaching their goals means a bit more effort.
A dog can definitely hurt his neck when yanking on a leash. A dog's neck has numerous nerves and fragile cartilage, and one extreme case of pulling could lead to serious throat damage. An effective counter against this is getting a harness instead of a leash and using obedience training with a no-pull harness to teach a dog to walk beside you on a loose leash. Larger dogs are incredibly strong so it's essential to choose the best harness available.
